Ros\u00e9 maken door wit en rood te mengen is in Europa ten strengste verboden, maar in Nieuw-Zeeland trekt men zich van die gedateerde regels niks aan. De wijn mag in Europa niet ros\u00e9 heten en luistert hier naar de naam ‘blush’. De hoofdrol in deze wonderlijke wijn is weggelegd voor de sublieme sauvignon blanc waarmee Misty Cove furore maakt. Door 3 % pinot noir toe te voegen krijgt deze sappige smaakbom zijn bekoorlijke \u2018blos\u2019. Zowel in de neus als bij het proeven heel veel fris fruit met een bijzonder energieke expressie, met onder meer pompelmoes, passievrucht, limoen en granny smith. De pinot doet met karakteristieke kers een delicate duit in het zakje. Ideaal als glas op een zonnig terras, maar ook als gezelschap van lichte maaltijden in zijn sas.<\/p>\n
