De kleine druiven van deze verminkte wingerds zijn intens van smaak en rijk aan karakter. Een gisting in open vaten met van nature op de schil aanwezige gistcellen, zorgt voor de extractie van deze unieke smaken. Na een rijping van 6 maanden op eiken fusten herken je in deze wijn een intense neus van zwarte drop, chocolade en donker fruit. Bij het proeven een rijke rode wijn, met sappig rood fruit en zachte
